We absolutely loved this experience. The heat of the wild sauna followed by that  plunge into the cold sea was incredible — it woke up every part of us! It was such a beautiful balance of calm and energy, and we felt completely reset afterwards. The people running it created such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
