Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to amend your appointment, please click on the link at the bottom of your confirmation email where you can change or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your session. In this situation, a refund will be issued. This should take 3-5 days to clear.

If you are unable to give 48 hours notice, you could consider transferring your booking onto a friend. Please ensure that anyone that you have passed your booking to has read and understood the terms of use.

Note: We will close the sauna in severe adverse weather situations, and will refund your session within 24hrs, however sauna in the rain and cold is wonderful. Embracing the cold is what it’s all about!
